The A List

The A List was founded in 2021 by Abby Greenberg. Abby is a lifelong Florida resident with a multi-faceted background in marketing and community involvement. The A List is a group of like-minded professionals that work in unison as impassioned Realtors to shake up the industry and redefine the status quo. 

Abby's experienced  combines her deep-rooted knowledge of the market with her proven ability to connect with people. She has continued to attract like minded agents to her team. They represents a full range of buyers, sellers, and investors in Greater Orlando, with a focus on luxury properties in Wekiva Springs, Heathrow, Longwood, Lake Mary, Winter Park, the Markham Woods Corridor, Downtown Orlando, and all the way east to Volusia County. 

Abby is as customer-centric as she is communicative – she puts in the time to get to know her clients, understand their needs and goals, and foster a culture of transparency as she guides them through the real estate journey. Formerly an executive for a digital marketing company for more than six years, Abby became a mother and dedicated her time at home not just to raise her children, but also to give back to the community as an active member of the Junior League of Greater Orlando, where she served as the co-chair of the annual fundraiser, the 5K, and family carnival events. Now as a Real Estate Advisor at Compass, she utilizes her data-driven marketing expertise and philanthropic spirit to provide a higher level of service for buyers and sellers, and it has paid off – she generated $10M in volume in her first year alone and has maintained that ever since. 

Matched with the powerhouse Compass technology and service offering, including data & analytics software, staging and renovations programs, and a centralized single-platform interface, Abby can streamline communication, awareness, and transaction timeline, freeing up time for her to give back to her clients. She also has access to a national network of agents that open doors to new opportunities and quality referral relationships outside of her region.

In an ever-expanding market with a lifestyle unlike anywhere in the US, Abby is energized by the continuous flow of activities and opportunities in South and Central Florida. Beyond her extensive community involvement, she is also the co-host of a local radio show, providing insight about current events, real estate updates, and options to consider when deciding to buy or sell a home. In her off time, she enjoys exercising at the RDV Sportsplex, going to Disney with her two kids, staycations, and quick trips within the US to tour a new city. She grew up in Jupiter and lives in Longwood, FL.
