Team members bring different backgrounds and strengths to their careers in real estate. Adam is a Top 5% Producer recognized by Philadelphia Magazine and the National Association of Realtors. A graduate of Temple University’s Fox School of Business, he leads the team and negotiates transactions with skill and determination. He began his marketing career in print and radio advertising in Philadelphia and learned the region growing up in Delaware County and later living in Philadelphia neighborhoods as diverse as the Italian Market, Rittenhouse Square, Fitler Square, and East Passyunk Crossing, where he involved himself in community service. He now lives with his wife and two daughters in Cherry Hill, N.J.
  
Like Adam, Amanda brings 20 years of marketing experience in Philadelphia to real estate. She is the team’s stable rock, sharing optimism and encouragement as she steadily pursues her goals. Amanda provides the patience clients and team members need. A University of Delaware alumni, she has lived in Center City and now resides in Delaware County with her husband, two children, and a rescue pup. Her resolve earns client partnerships for life.

As business has grown - reaching $40 million sales volume and 70 transactions in 2021-22 - the team has added support staff. Bonnie Healy, a career journalist and retired English teacher, maintains the thebaldwinteam.com and creates various content and marketing materials, thus freeing agents to work with clients.
