I have been working in New York real estate since 2002.  In that time I have gone from novice to expert to owning my own company for 13 years with my wife and partner, Joanne Heyman. In 2020 I sold the company and struck out in a new direction: I formed the advanced home team focused on helping older homeowners and homebuyers navigate the changing real estate market.

In 2024 we joined Compass of Greater NY in Dobbs Ferry, NY and it has been great!

My feeling is there is no problem that cannot be solved and no need that cannot be fully addressed.

It is hard to believe that I have spent over 20 years living in the Riverdale section of the Bronx. With the help of family and friends living in Lower Westchester, I have become familiar with “ins and outs” of Westchester and I am very comfortable offering assistance to my real estate clients’ wants and needs.

I’m a born and raised New Yorker with a passion for real estate and a talent for negotiating deals that stems from a successful career in the entertainment industry. 

In 2018, after having bought and sold several properties in both NY and CT, and having negotiated my own contracts as an actor, I decided to help others buy and sell properties.

What sets me apart in the real estate business is my appreciation for the creative aspects of structuring deals. My background in entertainment, as a series regular on the CBS sitcom "Major Dad" and a familiar face in video games and theaters across the country, has honed my communication and negotiation skills, making me a formidable representative in real estate transactions. 

In addition to acting for 40 years, I was a radio reporter for AM 1220 WQUN, Quinnipiac University's CBS News affiliated radio station in Hamden, CT, and won an Associated Press Award for Spot News Reporting, before moving on to a stint at ABC Radio News in NYC. That journalism training instilled in me the ability to communicate concisely and with attention to detail, ensuring that my clients receive clear and accurate information throughout their real estate journey. With a deep familiarity with New Haven and Fairfield Counties from my reporting days, and as an owner of a co-op in Riverdale, I bring a wealth of local Bronx and Connecticut market knowledge to my clients

Morgan Greene - 

My whole life I have grown up around Real Estate and learning how to find the right home for clients. Although I am a new agent I am equipped with knowledge of how to search, find and assist you in getting the home of your dreams.
