Meet The Team

Alice Chin: Prior to her career in real estate, Alice attended and graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with honors in finance. She worked as an analyst and as an underwriter at JP Morgan Chase, previously known as Bank One Corporation.

Alice has received numerous recognitions, awards, and designations since beginning her real estate career in 2005. 

Alice has been a resident of the Naperville area since 1991, where she lives with her husband, two children, and their cattle dog Tessa. She loves to work out at Orange Theory Fitness and to train for various fitness events, including Spartan races.

James Gargano: James is a 35+ year veteran in the real estate industry. He continues to own and operate a full-service valuation firm, in addition to specializing as a valuation analyst. His experience as an industry leader within the corporate relocation sector and as an expert testimony witness in a multitude of valuation dispute cases create a unique skill set. Jim’s analysis skills and his high attention to detail are complemented by his desire to provide the highest level of service.

Tiffany Kniffin-Helgesen: Tiffany has been a Realtor for 11 years. Her expertise extends from Naperville all the way out west past DeKalb. She takes the utmost care of each of her clients, taking the time to get to know them and what they need in their home purchase or sale.
The team is also supported by a full administrative staff, enabling us to provide our high level of service. The admin team includes listing coordinator Megan DeLaTorre, transaction coordinator Christina La Fiura, and operations/marketing manager Jessica Tate. They have all the tools and expertise needed to guarantee that your transaction goes off without a hitch!
