The Azar Team consists of Principal Joe Azar licensed real estate broker Florida & New York, three Real Estate Advisors in Florida; Richard Fernandez, Alex Novoa and Jose Renteria, as well as an administrative assistant. The team is licensed in the state of Florida and New York. His sister Renee Azar co-runs The Azar Team New York.

Having already worked with Alliance Residential, Mack Real Estate Group, Richman Signature Properties, Property Markets Group, and multiple others, The Azar Team has a reputation in the market as being a well-rounded group capable of helping clients with various real estate needs.
A New York City native entering the business in 2006, Joe immediately began building his business from the start. He won the Rookie of The Year Award during his first year and has been consistently recognized as a top producer during his tenure as an associate broker with Citi habitats now known as Corcoran. His reputation has led to a career based almost entirely on referrals, a fact he is most proud of.
Before leaving New York, Joe held the position of Senior Managing Director at Citi Habitats where he oversaw $150M in sales transactions over a two-year period and managed a team of 120 real estate agents. Once he was well established in New York, Joe made the move to Miami to seek additional opportunities to grow his business. Three years in, he now manages a growing team of Realtors® and innovators known as The Azar Team.
He has closed over $300M in sales transactions over his 14-year career and thousands of closed rental transactions.
