"Dreams do come true. There was a home that we has fallen in love with as I was looking to start a career and my wife and I were looking to move back home from our college town. The house had gone off the market for a month or so. I was referred to Marty, Tracy and their team by my mother who had done some horse training for them, she knew we were looking for a home and knew that Tracy, Marty and their team were the ones to call. So I reached out, having lost hope in getting into the place we knew would be perfect for our situation. After initial investigation Tracy and Marty had begun to counsel on other prospects, I expressed that we were open to it but that if at all possible we wanted to get into this one particular home. We'd basically given up and were starting to review other options. However, they didn't give up so easily, they found the seller and discovered the house was only off market for repairs/renovations! From there and forward, herself and the team guided us every step of the way and made sure we were taken care of. The process was as NOT stressful as possible thanks to them. If I had chosen anyone else, I would quite literally not be where I am today. "Found us our DREAM HOME and the BEST to work with! Tracy and Marty are the BEST! A friend of ours referred us to them and we are so grateful! We were first time home buyers and had a lot a of questions about everything. They are both super knowledgeable, patient, and were upfront with everything to educate us on the buying process (putting in offers, mortgage process, closing costs, etc). As far as finding the right home, we LITERALLY would not have found it without them! We picked some houses to go see in the Georgetown/Hutto/Liberty Hill area but Tracy insisted we “pop in for a Quick Look” at a property that wasn’t on our list… sure enough this was the house we ended up buying! "Highly recommended, excellent knowledge of market, prompt response to questions throughout process Tracy and Marty sold my parents house after a death of my father. They thoroughly explained the sale process to my mother and family members. They suggested minimum repairs/cleaning to make the biggest sales impact, provided contacts for service vendors, and recommended a schedule to get the work completed before being listed on the market. We had a lot of household furniture to get rid of, and Tracy helped enter/maintain posting on Facebook Marketplace of 20+ items to sell. As I sold items, she updated as sold. She suggested new lower prices when certain items did not sell. In the end, we got rid of all 20+ items. We were incredibly grateful for her prompt responses/updates on FB. Marty help with power washing the driveway, sidewalk and stonework. The house sold in 2 days on the market at full listing price and closed in 30 days.
