"Ryan and Samantha provided exceptional service in assisting me all the way from searching for a property to closing. The initial search was fit to my schedule, and at each property (10 different showings), Ryan explained the property details relevant to what I am looking for, ultimately leading me to opt for a co-op in a great area of Morristown. Samantha's expertise with organizing documentation and explaining the purpose of each document allowed me to understand the purpose of each step towards closing. I did not understand what an appraisal was for, nor did I understand the sequence of steps in order to ensure that the property was free of any surprises. The amount of the loan and fees were also explained ahead of time, so I could plan accordingly for closing costs. I'd highly recommend this team for first time buyers especially, as they helped me find the perfect condo with no prior experience!"
