Market knowledge, dependability, attention to detail and an unrelenting drive enable her to gain new clients and retain existing ones. D Magazine has named her one of Dallas’ ‘Best Real Estate Agents’ for 10+ years. Lindsay, her daughter, joined the team in 2022 and has broadened their market knowledge with her expertise in the Uptown/East Dallas areas.  She also has been awarded

Known for their easy-going and low-pressure approach when working with clients, yet being diligent and tenacious when it comes to negotiating a sale or finding the perfect property for their discerning clients. Michele's years of sales and marketing prior to her real estate career gave her the knowledge and strength to provide exceptional service to sellers and buyers and help mentor her teammates. Client relationship building, communication, strength in negotiation, market knowledge and relationships between agencies allows The B-W Group to present the best skill set for their clients.  Michele and her team enjoys all aspects of the business, from architecture to interior design, and they have  extensively renovated and built several personal homes.

Michele attended Ursuline Academy of Dallas and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing with a minor in Spanish from the Texas A&M University. She is the proud mother of three children and has lived in the Dallas area for over 50 years. If she is not selling houses, you can find her on the tennis court or with her family at Cedar Creek Lake.
