"I don't have time to list all of the ways Todd (and his father Stan) went above and beyond for us in the sale of our Petworth row house.  He was a partner in the entire process. He and his dad worked with us to prepare for showings, identified good contractors and  supervised them, even came to the house and got to work with scrapers and paint to give us the best chance at a good sale.
