The Bissey Team’s Members:

Stan and Todd Bissey are a father and son team with more than 60 years of DC-area real estate experience between them.

Over the past four decades, Stan has been active in nearly every facet of the real estate business: ● renovating old apartment buildings, churches, and schools and converting them into condos for resale; ● owning and managing investment properties; ● owning and operating a construction company as well as a property-management company. The Bissey Team advises buyers, sellers, and investors with insight built on this lifetime of experience that other agents just can’t replicate.

Todd brings another two decades of licensed real estate experience to the partnership. He has a passion for helping his clients achieve their real estate goals.
