Carine attributes her success to years as the founder of an upscale catering business. She spent the majority of her career planning luxury events and budgeting projects; she has transposed that knowledge to real estate, where she utilizes her organization and negotiating experience while sharing her market knowledge and enthusiasm. Carine has consistently achieved the highest level of recognition at the Hudson Gateway Board of Realtors® and ranks in the top tier of brokers in closed sales volume, as well as being acknowledged as one of the top 8% in the entire country.

Having grown up in the industry, Cate’s passion for real estate began at a young age. It was that enthusiasm that led her to jobs in the industry, being exposed to real estate transactions through her mom, and then working at a full-service real estate company in New York City. Cate has a passion for interior design, and she has had the opportunity to put this to work at multiple properties by staying involved in renovation projects at her and Carine’s listings. Cate has a keen eye for design and advertising, taking the lead of marketing within the team. She works closely with sellers, creating a specific marketing plan for their home. Cate graduated a year early with high honors from the University at Buffalo, with a major in Communications and focus in marketing. While attending the University at Buffalo, Cate quickly immersed herself into the city’s fitness community. She worked at one of the most well-respected upscale fitness studios in downtown Buffalo, playing an integral role on the team during their complete expansion. In any spare time, you can still find Cate at many local studios in Westchester, fine tuning her practice of pilates.

Carine and Cate specialize in residential real estate in Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, and Bronx Counties and have vast experience in multi-family investment and commercial properties. They are considered specialists in the luxury market, unique properties, and new construction. Together they have sold over 200 properties, with the use of vast marketing skills including but not limited to photography, staging, and print and social media advertising, and negotiating bank appraisals that help close deals with inspection conflict resolution techniques.
