About The Cerny Team
For this mother-daughter team, real estate – particularly on the Northwest side of Chicago – runs deep. When Patty started in real estate in 1988, it was her father’s success and love for the business that led the way. He built his business at Baird & Warner, so it was a natural choice for Patty to choose Baird & Warner too. Since then, Patty has established a name for herself based on integrity, strategy and strong client service. Amidst growing a flourishing business, Patty and her husband, Bill, raised three children in Sauganash. Kristen and her brother, Steve, made Patty and Bill very happy parents when they decided to raise their families in Sauganash too.
Nearly a decade ago Kristen joined the family business, bringing with her experience as a Fortune 500 marketing executive. All of the Cerny Team’s listings enjoy the benefit of Kristen’s marketing and advertising background including digital channels, social media, and networking. With their combined industry experience and marketing expertise, the Cerny team customizes their approach and strategy for every client. Now with a combined near 40 years in experience in real estate, the Cerny Team is consistently ranked as one of the top producers in the area.
When Patty is not working, her greatest joy is spending time with her children and grandchildren. An avid animal lover, Patty has supported Chicago Animal Care and Control since 1999. Kristen volunteers as a youth softball coach and is a member of her children’s Parent Teacher Association. Both live in Sauganash, and Kristen’s children attend Queen of All Saints, where she was also a student. Both are members of Everyday Edgebrook, and Sauganash Community Association.
