The Denver Butson Team

In 2007, a little over three years into the real estate business, Denver Butson opened his own boutique firm with a business partner in Brooklyn. That firm, VESPA Properties, quickly became a business and community hub on Court Street in Cobble Hill. VESPA offered informed and respectful real estate services with as many as ten full-time agents and hosted art openings, literary readings, and community action events, and even shared its space with small business start-ups, who could not afford the pricey rents of the neighborhood to get their business off the ground.

In 2017, VESPA Properties was acquired by international firm, and Denver began building The Denver Butson Team. There, Denver and his team weathered Covid and uncertain economic times, while building on Denver’s years in the business and his and his team members' deep roots in the community.

Now at home and back on Court Street and at Compass, Denver and his team (Gisellah Harvey and Maria Saha) are proud to continue to serve their loyal and trusted clients while forging new relationships with Brooklyn and beyond.
