My experience working with Emily during the sale of my house was nothing short of excellent. She was recommended to me by my wife’s hairstylist who had nothing but high praise for her as well. What I was looking for in a Real Estate agent was a person who was down to earth, quietly confident in their abilities, and who did not feel the need to try to impress with a cliche real estate image and attitude. Emily turned out to be that person and for someone selling a house for the first time, I felt I was being very well represented. Of course, selling a house for the first time comes with many questions and uncertainties and Emily made sure to be available to address those questions and concerns either by phone, email, or text. I even received responses from her on multiple occasions when she was out with friends and even when on a hike. Today, business is all too often done digitally and yet when I would ask to meet in person or to have printed copies provided she did so without question. I do not know the behind the scenes work Emily did during the sale process but I do know whenever we spoke or met, she was always prepared. She had the answers to my questions, knew the potential variables involved and how to address them, and was able to guide me through the next steps. Not only was she keeping me informed through the sale process, I was left with little doubt she was making sure everyone involved knew what they needed to in a timely manner. Emily’s effective ability at communicating is a large part why I can look back on the sale of my house and say to myself it was all a relatively smooth and painless experience. Upon the conclusion of the sale, I was thanking Emily for the job she did and for shedding light on the process of selling a home. As a consumate professional, she showed up with a tried and true game plan and with a group of business associates that have worked together long enough to provide an efficient and effective process. Ultimately, she views being a real estate agent as a service related profession; to serve and take care of the client and this was not hard to notice due to her prompt responses, timeliness, and preparedness. From the short time we worked together I would wager that in times when a sale does not go so smooth, Emily would most certainly be the type of person to step up and go the extra mile to get the problem fixed or issue straightened out. All that being said, if I was a business owner, I would try to get her to come work for me.

With as crazy as the current real estate market has been, Emily’s knowledge and professionalism kept us on track and her communication is second to none - seriously, the best communication skills we’ve ever experienced.
