The Duarte Team

April has worked in the real estate field for 12+ years. Early in her career, her focus was helping investors and negotiating short sales. Since then, she has specialized in assisting residential buyers and sellers throughout the San Francisco Bay Area in the purchase and sale of their homes and properties. 

After retiring from a 35-year career with Lexus and Toyota in 2016, Chris decided to join his daughter, April, as a Realtor®, which had been a dream of theirs for many years. As a father-daughter team, Chris and April have had much success in guiding their clients through the buying and selling process, with the help of their professional designer, stager and additional family member, Janice Duarte.

As Bay Area natives and residents of Pleasanton for the past 30 years, April and Chris have a vast knowledge of the Tri-Valley, as well as the surrounding areas. They are very active in their community as well. April coaches Girl’s Varsity Basketball at Foothill High School in Pleasanton, and Chris has coached many CYO, AAU and PYB Boys and Girls basketball teams in Pleasanton. He also enjoys volunteering for such activities as the Heart Association and AIDS walks and is a past member of the St. Vincent de Paul Society and a current member of the Knights of Columbus and Faithful Friends Small Christian Community at his church.

When Chris and April are not working, they enjoy spending time with family, working out, playing basketball and watching sports.
