The team is headed by incredible leaders, Rhoda Dunn, and Barbara Lombardo and brings together the exceptional expertise of Kathleen Fallon, Jessie Bruah, Ronald Dunn and Anita Culp. 

Rhoda Dunn is a Licensed Real Estate Broker specializing in Jackson Heights working closely with buyers and sellers alike to guide them through every step of the process and is an absolute team player. Sellers enjoy effectively marketed properties, the most qualified buyers, and the best price possible. She brings diverse experience working with Metro Goldwyn Mayer, Sony Pictures Entertainment and Random House where she developed the marketing and publicity campaigns of bestselling books such as Deepak Chopra's “Grow Younger Live Longer” and award-winning films including "Get Shorty."

Barbara Lombardo is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with solid real estate experience in all corners of New York City. Her consistent track record is based on a strong knowledge of the market and quality service. She is eager to make the home buying or selling process as seamless as possible so her clients can move to the next chapter of their lives. 

Kathleen Fallon believes that owning a great home creates the foundation for you to live your best life! With extensive prior experience in residential home sales, investment properties, and foreclosures, Kathleen is now a busy buyer's agent at Compass who also does residential sales and rentals.

Jessie Bruah is a Real Estate Agent with Compass who currently resides and works in Jackson Heights, Queens. Having lived in Jackson Heights for over 10 years, she loves the neighborhood for the historic district coops, the food selection, the proximity to the subway lines, and most of all the community that she has built in the neighborhood with her family. She brings her passion for photography along with her positive-thinking personality to create a fun and friendly, yet ambitious environment to serve clients.

A Brooklyn homeowner for 20+ years and a real estate agent for nearly that long, Anita has a deep knowledge of the neighborhoods of the borough. She began her real estate career in 2004, and achieved success even during the harshest market conditions. Before starting her real estate career, Anita was a documentary producer for the Japanese television networks NHK and TV Asahi. Originally from Seattle, she lived in Japan for seven years where she worked as a radio and TV host, writer and editor.
