"It may be odd to say that your real estate agent is one of your favorite people, but I know of no other way to describe Toni Nicolo. I had never purchased a home in the City, and was torn about when I wanted to move, where I wanted to move, or even what type of home I wanted to buy – I felt overwhelmed and daunted, and told Toni that I had no idea how or when or where to begin. Toni jumped into action, and had me send her some apartments and homes I liked – and she was off. She held my hand – figuratively, this was all Covid, after all – through the whole process with the perfect balance of support, encouragement, excitement, and patience. Along the way she became my friend because she is also wonderful to spend time with, and has a true sense of design and appreciation for the aesthetic I was seeking, which I truly valued.
