Matt and Katie are a husband and wife duo who partner in all things real estate. They work fluidly in the retail side of the market, are currently taking on renovation projects as well as running their investment property in Glen Rose, Tx - Anderson Creek Cabins. Matt has been in the business for 8+ years, and Katie came along to join him in 2020. They'd like to think that 2 heads are better than one. Both Matt and Katie played division 1 collegiate sports (Matt- football at University of Arkansas. Katie- basketball at Charleston Southern University.) They are high drive and do not shy away from hard work. Matt's Dad played for the Dallas Cowboys in the 1970's and now resides in the NFL Hall of Fame. Katie was inducted into CSU's Sports Hall of Fame in 2019- this lends to their mission to offer Hall of Fame service during the real estate transaction. Matt is a negotiation specialist, and Katie has a keen eye for design. Since working together they've been perennial top producers in the DFW market.
