To introduce ourselves, we, Afsaneh & Roset (Rosie & Afsy for short), joined forces few years ago, and became a team calling our amazing collaboration The Hay-Moezinia Team. We have been real estate brokers for 28+ years. We are known as "The Property Owner's Brokers" or sometimes we are called the "Seller's Broker", as most of our business is based on representing sellers and their respective side of the sales transaction.

We are honest, highly experienced, hard working and extremely knowledgeable. Furthermore we surround ourselves with, and lead, a team of a few like minded brokers in an effort to better service the sellers that we work closely with and to ensure that all of their real estate needs are met, not only in a timely fashion, but also to the highest standards attainable.
