The Heard | Khedr team was co-founded in 2019 by Jack Elliot Heard and Heema Khedr, with a commitment to helping buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords navigate the Manhattan and Brooklyn residential real estate market. The Heard Khedr Team have established a reputation for representing a wide variety of clientele and their needs. Clientele such as but not limited to first time home buyers, seasoned investors, college graduates, and world class athletes.

With diverse backgrounds and unparalleled industry knowledge, the team has developed a shared trust and understanding between real estate advisor and client. Jack Elliot Heard and Heema Khedr first met back in 2015 at their previous brokerage. With common interests, core values and business principles it was evident that the two would one day become business partners. The duo respectively lead a team of six. Scotty Brand, Head of Operations alongside three agrents - Amanda Berger, Hesham Khedr, and James Player.
