The Heard | Khedr team was co-founded in 2019 by Jack Elliot Heard and
Heema Khedr, with a commitment to helping buyers, sellers, tenants and
landlords navigate the Manhattan and Brooklyn residential real estate
market. The Heard Khedr Team have established a reputation for representing
a wide variety of clientele and their needs. Clientele such as but not
limited to first time home buyers, seasoned investors, college graduates, and

Jack Elliot Heard and Heema Khedr first met back in 2015 at their previous brokerage. With common interests, core values and business principles it was evident that the two would one day become business partners. The duo respectively lead a team of five. Steph Chui, Head of Operations alongside two agents - Christian Holt and John Pisano.
