As the founder of The Higgins Collective at Compass, Kelly Higgins brings a modern, design-led approach to New York City real estate — one rooted in connection, strategy, and style.

With over a decade of experience in the market, Kelly has built a reputation for her sharp instincts, creative marketing, and calm command of complex transactions. Her work is defined by equal parts precision and personality — elevating every client experience with authenticity, taste, and trust.

Prior to founding The Higgins Collective at Compass, Kelly spent seven years leading a team of 15 agents across Manhattan and Brooklyn, overseeing hundreds of transactions in rentals, sales, and commercial real estate. Her extensive industry knowledge and hands-on leadership experience have made her a trusted expert and mentor in the field.
