Since the inception of The Holley & Molly Team in February 2018, the team has been recognized within the real estate industry as a top producing team in the Wheaton area. Our most recent accomplishments include: ranked 2nd in total sales volume and number of transactions in Wheaton (2024), ranked 3rd in total sales volume in Wheaton market by growing their business by over 172% (2020), and ranked in the top 10 for both sales volume and number of transactions (2021), (2022), (2023), (2024). Some other accomplishments include: Rookie of the Year finalist for the Chicago Suburbs in Chicago Agent Magazine's Choice Awards (2018), Rookie of the Year in their local brokerage firm (2018). However, the team is most proud of growing their business by a 100% referral rate from clients that have entrusted both Holley and Molly with their real estate needs in the last 7 years!
