With a combined ~20+ years in Real Estate, Cathy & Liz have leveraged their expertise and passion to assist their clients buying and selling throughout the Atlanta area.

Cathy and Liz are both long-time Brookhaven/Buckhead residents. As a result, they have developed a deep knowledge and understanding of the Atlanta neighborhoods, school systems, businesses, and trends across the “in-town” and Northern areas of Atlanta.

Representing a wide variety of clients, with transactions ranging from $500k to over $9m, their careers are built on repeat and referral business. Many of their transactions are never placed on the public market due to their trusted and long standing client relationships, allowing them to put prospective buyers together with “quiet listed” sellers.

Cathy also has an affinity for design and significant construction expertise. Having a long history of designing, building, and renovating homes in Historic Brookhaven, her experience and perspective helps clients visualize and understand the possibilities of personalizing a home.

Liz brings a long background of personalized client services, as owner of her own business. Liz loves to help prospective buyers find the right community for their needs and the right property to call home.  

Minhnuyet's profound knowledge of both interior design, staging and real estate for over 16 years enables her to identify and capitalize on opportunities that others may overlook. Whether it's finding the perfect property for a client's dream home or enhancing the market value of a property through her exquisite design concepts, Minhnuyet's multifaceted skills make her an invaluable asset to both buyers and sellers to maximize their investment in their homes.

SUPPORTING THE ATLANTA COMMUNITY - GIVING BACK

Philanthropy is also an important way they like to give back and contribute to their community: Cathy has served on the Historic Brookhaven Neighborhood Board for many years and the trio is heavily involved as committee members of “Brookhaven FRIENDS". They each have chaired and supported numerous events in Atlanta for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Northside Women’s Cancer Foundation, High Museum Wine Auction, Year-Up, and Fix Georgia Pets charities.

This well connected team has a vast network of friends, relationships, both nationally and internationally. Personal time outside real estate is spent with their families, children, and their loving pets.


Compass sponsors the High Museum Atlanta Wine Auction event which is one of the largest charity wine auctions in the United States. Funds support educational programs and Atlanta's art community. Learn more about the event here.


The trio have been involved with Children's Healthcare of Atlanta for 6 years in working with this non-profit organization supporting pediatric care.


Fix Georgia Pets is a local non-profit organization with its mission to offer spay and neuter programs in high overpopulated areas of Georgia. Learn more about this organization here. Did we say each of these ladies are extreme pet lovers?

Liz has actively been involved with Covenant House Georgia for over 15 years. This non-profit organization provides support for young teens and adults who are experiencing homelessness and escaping human-trafficking.



The trio team has been instrumental in the Northside Hospital Women's Cancer Foundation helping orchestrate the annual event, "Wine, Women & Shoes, (2018-Present) .The event raises awareness and works towards fundraising goals for women's cancers. Learn more about this event here.
