SM - Prior to immersing himself into residential real estate, Sean gained indispensable experience in numerous industries, including a full-time position as a leasing associate for Weingarten Realty, a publicly traded REIT based out of Houston, TX, which was acquired by Kimco Realty in 2021 for nearly $4 billion. From 2015-2017, Sean managed, leased, and handled the day-to-day operations for several of the firm's shopping centers throughout Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami Dade Counties.

In addition his CRE background, Sean also had the unique opportunity to work for Banyan Equity Management, a highly regarded local hedge fund based in Boca Raton, which, at that time, had assets under management (AUM) of approximately $1 billion and was the recipient of the coveted Barron’s Top 100 hedge funds award on numerous occasions.
