In the 26 years Kevin has been selling homes in Northern NJ, he has been involved in the sale of several
hundred homes. In the process, he has made lifelong friends; watched young families grow; been a
shoulder to cry on; and, celebrated numerous joyous occasions and milestones with his clients. At times,
depending on the market conditions, it has been an absolute roller coaster…but what a ride!
Kevin has experienced virtually every possible trend in NJ Real Estate over his career. Through multiple
Real Estate Boons, to difficult recessionary markets, he has seen it all and has deftly guided his clients
with his vast experience, calm demeanor, patience, tenacity and sound advice. And he has been able to
make it fun in the process.
A former President and Officer of the local Board of Realtors, Kevin is widely respected by his industry
peers and has racked up numerous sales awards along the way.
In 2017, Kevin met Gail Testa when she joined a former brokerage where he worked prior to joining
Compass. They quickly formed an informal team situation while Gail was learning the ropes of her new
profession. Recognizing a huge opportunity to be part of a revolutionary real estate firm, Kevin Joined
Compass in September of 2020 and Gail soon followed, joining the firm in 2022.
Gail brings a wealth of knowledge, energy and enthusiasm to the team. While her professional
endeavors have been varied, there has been one major common theme…Focus on Customer Service.
From Director of Customer Service for Ralph Lauren; to Owner Operator of the Cavalier Café in Clifton;
to Professional Trainer; Teacher; and as Owner of A local Home Energy Contracting company; Gail’s job
first and foremost has been top level customer service. She always delivers.
