Coming from an extensive background in the mortgage industry, Patrick Farrell is adept at the myriad of financial matters related to real estate. Nicole Maine was employed in the hospitality business and then joined Lila Delman as the Executive Liaison to the President, where she honed her skills in all levels of complexity in real estate transactions.  Sue Coughlin started her career in sales, then spent many years serving the non-profits in the South Kingstown public schools before making the leap into real estate. With a common passion and shared purpose of helping people, we are best known for our collective ability to skillfully interact, communicate, collaborate and negotiate with others.
