Launched over three decades ago during a chance meeting on a Trans-Siberian train trip through Mongolia and Russia, the Maison International Team has been uniquely inspired since its inception. For co-founders Elaine Comerford and Marie-Claire Martineau, the goal then was to connect passionate buyers with fine New York City homes, whether they were moving across the park or around the globe.

Fast-forward 34 years, and the Maison International Team has expanded from an apartment listing service run out of a tiny two-bedroom, to a full-service residential real estate powerhouse serving everyone from multimillion-dollar investors and A-list celebrities of stage and screen to local first-time buyers and sellers. Despite their growth, the team's devotion to responsive, knowledgeable service and utter integrity and transparency has remain unchanged.
