Raised in the Richmond area, Rachel Nance brings a deep love for her community and a client-centered, results-driven approach to real estate. Over the past 7 years, she has helped more than 150 clients buy and sell homes across Central Virginia—including resale, new construction, investment properties, and downsizing moves. Whether guiding a newly engaged couple into their first home or helping a family navigate a sale after the loss of a loved one, Rachel listens deeply and builds thoughtful, strategic plans tailored to each client’s unique needs. Her background in education shines through in her ability to simplify complex processes, communicate clearly, and advocate fiercely on her clients’ behalf. As a former sales manager, she brings sharp negotiation skills and deep market insight, all delivered with humility, humor, and heart. In fact, she was recently voted Funniest Agent in Compass RVA 2025—a title she wears proudly (and with a wink). When she’s not working, you’ll find her singing, socializing, laughing, and indulging in her love of chocolate.
