Ron Lennen is a highly experienced and accomplished Broker Associate with Compass Florida Real Estate, with over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. In addition to his
impressive sales record, Ron has also made significant contributions to the
real estate industry by serving on both the Florida Realtors and National
Association of Realtors Board of Directors. He was elected as the President of the
Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors in 2017, where he played a key role in
negotiating the largest merger in the National Association of Realtors history
by combining the Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors with Realtors of the Palm
Beaches, creating the 3rd largest Realtor Association in the country with over
30,000 members. Ron served as President of the merged association in 2018 and
continues to serve on the Board of Directors for National Association of
Realtors, Florida Realtors, Beaches MLS and Winterfest. Ron has been named as

over his 30+ year Real Estate Career. Ron's dedication and commitment to the real estate industry
