Founded in 2017, The Polsky Group was created when brothers Brandon and Eli Polsky set out to turn their shared vision into reality: building a real estate business rooted in expertise, integrity, and community. Both graduates of Florida State University, Brandon and Eli bring complementary backgrounds in Economics, Marketing, and Real Estate. As South Florida natives, they have witnessed the region’s remarkable growth and transformation firsthand, which has fueled their passion for helping clients navigate its dynamic real estate market.

Having grown up in South Florida, Brandon and Eli offer more than market knowledge. They provide genuine local insight. The neighborhoods, streets, and communities they represent are not just data points on a report. They are the places where they built lifelong friendships, developed relationships, and became part of the community. This deep connection allows them to give clients a meaningful understanding of the area’s character, current trends, and long term potential.

Brandon began his career working with a private investor and developer, where he gained experience in residential and commercial sales, acquisitions, property management, and development. This well rounded background allows him to guide clients with confidence and insight through every stage of the real estate process.

Eli began his career in commercial real estate as a marketing representative for a firm in Fort Lauderdale and later advanced to Director of Marketing, Social Media, and Digital Content Creation. His expertise ensures that every listing receives thoughtful positioning, creative marketing, and strong exposure.
