Founding members Adam Touni, Wendy Kandasamy, and Katharine Carroll came together to form The reSolve Group around a shared love of their work and commitment to serving their clients with the highest level of professionalism and care. Identifying those same qualities in fellow Silicon Valley realtor, Rita Intardonato, the team brought her onboard to further the reach of the team while staying rooted in their shared guiding principles.

With their diverse and rich backgrounds, the reSolve Group stands apart from their industry counterparts. Wendy brings a highly analytical approach to real estate after studying computer science and spending her early career as an engineer in the financial sector. Based on her ability to take in and synthesize impressive amounts of data, she has an uncanny knack for being the first to spot unique opportunities. Adam is an attorney who focused on land use, real estate transactions and litigation before becoming a full-time broker associate. He spots and helps clients mitigate risk, but really excels at crafting and telling the story of a home in creative marketing campaigns. Katharine brings a strategic focus, project management skills, and the ability to calmly problem solve; all tools she developed during her tenure as a professional cyclist and as managing broker for Pacific Union’s Palo Alto office. After working in Asia for a decade, Rita adapts easily to changing environments and utilizes her astute communication skills from her academic background to negotiate tough deals, while her time supporting high level executives laid the groundwork for providing personalized and elevated support to clients. Together, their varied experiences and perspectives, help clients achieve success.
