Kathleen Fallon believes that owning a great home creates the foundation for living your best life. With extensive experience in residential home sales, investment properties, and foreclosures, she is now a dedicated buyer’s agent at Compass, also specializing in residential sales and rentals.

Jessie Bruah is a Real Estate Agent with Compass who lives and works in Jackson Heights, Queens. Having called the neighborhood home for over 10 years, she appreciates its historic co-ops, vibrant food scene, convenient subway access, and strong sense of community. She brings her passion for photography and her positive, forward-thinking personality to create a friendly yet driven environment for her clients.

A Brooklyn homeowner for over 20 years and a real estate agent for nearly as long, Anita Culp has deep knowledge of the borough’s neighborhoods. She began her real estate career in 2004 and has achieved success even in challenging market conditions. Prior to real estate, Anita worked as a documentary producer for Japanese television networks NHK and TV Asahi. Originally from Seattle, she lived in Japan for seven years, working as a radio and TV host, writer, and editor.

John Small holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning and offers deep expertise in the evolution of New York City’s neighborhoods. Born and raised in New York, he combines firsthand experience with a strong understanding of the city’s history, design, and housing market. With a background in neighborhood renovation projects, John is committed to putting his clients first, delivering an efficient, seamless, and stress-free experience while helping them find their ideal home.

Barbara Lombardo is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with extensive experience across New York City. Her consistent track record is built on strong market knowledge and exceptional service.
