"As a first time homebuyer I didn't know where to start in finding the right realtor. After a few searches I found two profiles that stood out to me. A mom and daughter who work together! I've always believed that two minds are better than one so I followed my gut and reached out to Emma and Carolyn. Boy am I happy I did! From the first meet and greet for coffee to my closing, they were always very punctual, respectful, and, most importantly, knowledgable. Their strengths complimented each other nicely, and I knew I had found my realtors! They knew I wanted to be within 20 miles of Lookout Mountain so I could cycle there, ride or ski to the top, and cycle home. We saw dozens of properties throughout Denver, Lakewood, Arvada, Wheat Ridge, and Golden. Besides always being willing to see any property I was interested in, they also taught me how to search on my own. I popped into an open house one Saturday morning and quickly called them. They came straight over and advised me on how best to proceed. There were 8 other offers and they closed the bids within 48 hrs.
They narrowed us down to 3 and we put in our final offers Monday morning. This was where the rubber meets the road and I needed to lean heavily on their combined experience.
