"We couldnāt imagine a better realtor than Eileen!! First off, she never stops working and will respond back to you somehow within minutes each and every time! "When we finally decided to make the big move (Las Vegas to Canonsburg) we enlisted the help of Eileen Allan with The Sisters. Best decision we couldāve made.
My husband was currently renting an apartment in Ohio & my daughter & I were traveling out frequently to try & find a place to set up a more permanent residence. I thought I could do it on my own, but not being from around here, not knowing my way around, any of the townships, pretty much basically anything or anybody proved to be harder than I expected.
The first time I called The Sisters I spoke with Eileen. Iām sure she thought I was crazy as I rambled on about this & that & what we needed/wanted. As my husband works crazy hours & I was traveling back & forth from Las Vegas Iām sure we werenāt the easiest clients. However, she set up a play date at the SkyZone with her kids & our kid who happen to be around the same age so they could play & we could talk.
After that she showed my husband & I lots of different places. Itās not easy working around my husbands schedule & a spouse who is flying in here & there but she made it work.
We ended up deciding to rent for a year or so to get a better idea of location & homes. Eileen had brought up the idea of working with Home Partners. She explained to us that they would actually buy a home that was for sale & we could rent it back from them with the option to buy if we wanted, but not mandatory. This ended up working great for us. Eileen showed us lots of options we found a nice townhouse in Canonsburg that worked well for our situation & have been renting from Home Partners since January with no problems whatsoever.
The best part with Eileen is that she hasnāt forgot about us. She knows that we are still looking to buy/build. She answers calls & texts immediately and always has knowledgeable informative answers. She always takes her time with us & never makes us feel rushed. Just the other day she drove an hour N just to preview a model home with us.
Overall The Sisters are the most amazing team ever. It was funny, we just meet Eileenās sister Shannon the other day at an open house for the first time, but it felt like we already knew her. Thatās just how they are.
