What differentiates us from other agents is our truly extensive experience in buying, selling, investing in and developing real estate in Brooklyn: In the past twenty years, with our own money on the line, we have purchased, renovated and sold more than forty townhouses, condos and coops. We have experienced first-hand almost every possible twist and turn that a deal can take.

Neither one of us were agents when we started out in 1998. In fact, over the years, we hired dozens of agents to help us buy and sell. With our own money on the line, every agent’s mistake was burned into our memories (and our wallets), and every winning strategy was closely studied and locked away for future use. In 2013 Leah became an agent herself and Jayson eventually joined her. Now, as a team, we can share with you our hard-won lessons about buying and selling. We have been in your shoes many times. If you are buying, we are especially good at evaluating homes in terms of their potential. We have bought seemingly ugly places that became gems with a bit of work. From our experience as developers, we also know a good renovation when we see it, if you are considering buying a place that has already been redone.
