The Stanford Group is the collaboration of two professional careers both well versed in all things real estate. Prior to combining their professional talents, Stephanie was an accomplished seasoned Seattle real estate broker, and Matt owned a local residential remodeling/new construction company. In 2017, the Stanford’s decided it was the right time to combine forces, and the Stanford Group was created. Their collective professional experience offers clients a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to buy and sell a home, and the expertise to make that process as seamless and enjoyable as possible. One of their many goals is to serve their clients to the highest standard offering deep local market knowledge with invaluable insight into home construction.
Born and raised in Seattle, Stephanie began her real estate career in 2005 after she and Matt found success buying and selling their own properties. “Our house flipping business left me wanting to help others navigate the real estate world, and realize their own successes to fulfill their dreams of being homeowners”. Whether it is educating clients about the hyper local market in Seattle, understanding home inspections, budgeting for remodel work, leveraging their referral network, or negotiating on their client’s behalf, the Stanford Group does so with an experience level that sets them apart. Matt simply states that “Our business is keenly focused on the client and their wants and needs. Exceeding their expectations at every moment of the buying or selling journey leads to our client's greatest successes.”
Both Stephanie and Matt are multi-time winners of the 5 Star Professional award and were recognized among Tom Ferry’s America’s Best Real Estate Agents in 2022 and 2023 by RealTrends. Away from work they enjoy the outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and are committed to personal health and growth.
