Adriana brings her international exposure with a background as an international/legal translator working with real estate developers and financial firms in Argentina and in the US. Adriana Faerman’s foundation is built on comprehensive market expertise and high-touch customer service that elevates the experience for buyers, sellers and investors. 
Adriana is known for helping home owners improve their homes to increase their value and sellability. She has an eye for what a home needs and builds an incomparable rapport with customers. She listens and understands their needs. 

Education

Adriana is a graduate with an Art Degree from the University of Buenos Aires and a Graduate Degree in Translation and Interpretation from the UBA. She has also attended several courses attaining an MIT Entrepreneurship Diploma in 2019.
Adriana become a CSA and is a member of the Compass Plus group. 
Adriana is fluent in English and Spanish with strong understanding of Portuguese and Italian.

Charity

Adriana sponsors Beth Torah Benny Rok Campus, a conservative synagogue in Aventura where she has attended since 2000 when she moved to Miami. Adriana is a Lyon of Judah, part of Jewish Federation.  She has been a member of the Executed Board and has supported the initiatives organized by the Social Action Committee especially those assisting abused women.

Really? It’s been over 24 years since I decided to start my real estate career in Miami. And over 5 since I built my Team. And like any other good project I took it slow and now I feel so comfortable leading a team of fantastic professionals, each shining on their own and sharing one common goal: to building trust and serve our client's goals by providing the best real estate service possible. As our trust grew and our relationship strengthened it became a contagious force for everyone we connected with. Randi and Federica  decided to join us, and we kept growing.

Today our business is strong and healthy and everyone who works with us never feels left out and says we make the process fun and easy. This doesn't feel like working, it's the way we live our lives. We never stop eating, drinking, exercising and breathing real estate. Even when we are traveling, we are looking at real estate. We wouldn’t know what to do without it. 
Don’t get us wrong. We have families, we have interests, we have hobbies, strong civic interests and a healthy social life. And at the end of the day before we go to sleep it is still real estate.
