They were with us every step of the way -- including helping us coordinate all the construction we ended up having to do on our new house. They helped us narrow down the neighborhoods in which we wanted to buy, and then helped us with both finding listings and sifting through the "pretenders." Mike has a lot of knowledge about the construction process and was able to offer us lots of insight on potential projects -- and potential problems. In this way, Mike and Tanya add real value beyond just negotiating a sales price and locking down escrow (although they are very proficient with those tasks as well).
