Widely respected for his skills and expertise, Michael is a top producer who tirelessly represents clients, providing expert advice on everything from market conditions to construction, inspections and financing. He began his real estate career in 2000 in a small boutique office in Woodland Hills, where he worked as a transaction coordinator and personal assistant to the top performing agent in the company. Mike averaged an impressive 18 to 22 transactions a month, quickly acquiring the skills and techniques integral to handling a high volume of business. Effortlessly absorbing information and gaining experience, Michael soon became an agent himself.

In the years that followed, Michael built a reputation as a consistent top performer, earning accolades and awards for his production, professionalism and outstanding client service. In 2009 Michael went to work with an REO broker, an opportunity that allowed him to gain expertise in the foreclosure side of the market. Tanya is a true southern Californian—Los Angeles born and raised. She graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 2001 with degrees in International Business and Finance, and worked in the mortgage business for 2 years gaining valuable skills and experience. With a flair for impeccable client service and a desire to help people find the home of their dreams, Tanya subsequently obtained her real estate license, working successfully on the Westside.

Highly responsive, accessible and welcoming, Tanya has successfully represented many clients throughout Beverly Hills, Westwood, Santa Monica and West Los Angeles, while earning numerous awards and honors for outstanding production in the residential market. Tanya has developed an intimate relationship with Los Angeles accumulated over the years, having not only lived in West LA for 12 years, but also by watching her family-owned Anna’s Italian Restaurant on Pico flourish for 45 years. Tanya is fluent in Spanish.

Tanya and Michael were married in 2011 and work together to focus specifically on the Westside markets. Their combined knowledge, work ethic, and deep familiarity with Los Angeles make them the absolute ideal team.
