"Mimi and Jon were recommended to us by many of my partner's colleagues, and they have a well-deserved reputation as being absolutely wonderful to work with. This was my first time buying a home and I have to say that Mimi and Jon made the process go as smooth as possible. Mimi and Jon were always excellent advocates for us throughout the purchasing process. If it's any indication of how much they were looking out for us, here's a quick story. Our new building has an electric garage gate. Jon had raised a question while we were in escrow about whether the gate has a feature that allows it to open with a key in the event of an earthquake or other power outage. After the sale closed, Mimi and Jon stopped by with some very thoughtful gifts and to check in on us. Although it had slipped off OUR radar, Jon gently reminded us about the garage issue again - Don't worry, Jon, we will find out! We are incredibly grateful for their work and support. "
