Mimi and Jon met on a blind date and have been married for over 30 years.

They learned early on that humor, respect and compromise were the key elements in creating their strong foundation. This awareness has enhanced their personal bond and their professional relationships as well.

Specializing in Santa Monica and Westside neighborhoods, the Torps are consistently raising the bar in getting sellers their highest sales price. They’re known for their expert buying and selling strategies combined with savvy negotiation skills. Respectfully listening with empathy, speaking with honesty and acting with integrity earns them sincere regard from their clients, colleagues, and community.

They recently experienced first-hand the challenges facing sellers and buyers when they sold their long-time Santa Monica townhouse and bought a home in Mar Vista. And happy they did!
