St. Pete born and raised, Kaitlyn Kellin and Kierstyn Kellin Ortiz, the dynamic duo behind The Twin Collection, have a lifelong connection to the area. With over 13 years of combined experience, Kaitlyn and Kierstyn began their journey in real estate as assistants for a top-producing team in St. Pete. Their careers blossomed from there, with Kierstyn briefly venturing into healthcare as a dental hygienist before returning to her true passion—real estate. This reunion prompted the formation of The Twin Collection, where their expertise and personal touch shine brightly.
