St. Pete born and raised, Kaitlyn Kellin and Kierstyn Kellin Ortiz, the dynamic duo behind The Twin Collection, have a lifelong connection to the area. Their intimate knowledge of the local real estate landscape is complemented by their deep-rooted affection for everything Tampa Bay has to offer—from its stunning beaches and scenic walkways to its rich art scene and culinary delights.

With over 13 years of combined experience, Kaitlyn and Kierstyn began their journey in real estate as assistants for a top-producing team in St. Pete. Their careers blossomed from there, with Kierstyn briefly venturing into healthcare as a dental hygienist before returning to her true passion—real estate. This reunion prompted the formation of The Twin Collection, where their expertise and personal touch shine brightly.

Kaitlyn and Kierstyn's love for real estate is founded on their joy in helping clients find their forever homes. Witnessing the happiness of satisfied clients, whether buying or selling, fuels their dedication. Their achievements are a testament to their market knowledge and commitment to excellence.

Outside of work, family is at the heart of their lives. Kaitlyn cherishes time with her long-time partner, while Kierstyn is happily married and the proud mother of a son named Nolan. Their close relationship with their older sister, who works for the Buccaneers, underscores their strong family bonds. Together, they enjoy exploring town, waterfront walks, and indulging in the area's diverse food and drink scene.
