Janice sold her first home in 1999, just before the turn of the New Millennium. From the start, Janice demonstrated uncompromising dedication on every real estate transaction. Born and raised in Maryland, she continues to live and work here and has had the pleasure of helping her many clients find and sell their homes, through the industry's twists and turns over the years. The key to Janice's success is her relentless effort to ensuring she always puts herself in her clients' shoes!

Her daughter, Jackie, was born and raised in Montgomery County. She attended Our Lady of Good Counsel High School and received her undergrad studies in communications at the University of Maryland. Jackie grew up watching her mother's hard work and diligence in her real estate endeavors, always going above and beyond for her clients, and Jackie naturally followed in her mother's footsteps. Jackie strives to consult for her clients as if they are a member of her family, wanting the best move for them no matter what.

The mother-daughter team formed The Valois Group in 2014 and the team has not stopped growing their business, achieving many accolades along the way. Washingtonian Magazine featured the two as "Washington's Best Real Estate Agents" in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. They are also Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS® award recipients in 2018 and 2019.
