The van Ostrander Group is a Los Angeles real estate team with a passion for helping people turn their vision of home into a reality. Stephanie and Jason bring together a unique combination of deep Los Angeles knowledge, community connection, real estate experience, photography, architecture, and design.

Stephanie was raised in Chicago and has called Los Angeles home for more than 27 years. Inspired by her mother’s successful career in real estate, she brings a deeply personal understanding of Los Angeles neighborhoods, schools, amenities, and the qualities that make a community feel like home. Her hands-on approach, strong relationships, and commitment to her clients are at the heart of her real estate practice.

Jason grew up in Santa Fe immersed in art and architecture and has spent more than 35 years as a professional photographer. His trained eye for composition, light, detail, and design brings a unique perspective to every property. After seven years in Hawaii, Jason has called Los Angeles home for 25 years and has developed a deep appreciation for the city’s diverse architecture, neighborhoods, and lifestyles.

Together, Stephanie and Jason offer complementary perspectives that make their approach both knowledgeable and personal. Stephanie’s expertise in Los Angeles is enhanced by Jason’s creative eye and passion for architecture and design. They believe great real estate is about more than buying or selling a property, it’s about finding the right home, neighborhood, and lifestyle.

Stephanie and Jason live in Beachwood Canyon with their two daughters and two rescue dogs. Stephanie is a docent at Frank Lloyd Wright’s Hollyhock House and Barnsdall Art Park, serves on her daughters’ PTSA Board, and is actively involved in her community.
