The idea of our collective was born in 2018 out of a conversation between Lillian Denhardt and Julie & Ted Block when we were at a turning point in our careers as realtors. We struggled to balance the many tasks of our growing individual businesses without losing sight of why we became realtors to begin with: to empower homeowners and build communities.

Instead we created a new approach that builds collaboration, community, and equity. We are a collective of agents-- not a brokerage or a traditional top-down team. Our vision is to enrich the communities of real estate agents, homeowners, and aspiring homeowners by bringing people together to share time, knowledge, connections, and support.
