Having embarked on his journey in 2003, Theo has been a part of the Compass family since 2017, where he has dedicated his knowledge to helping our agents grow and build their businesses. Prior to joining Compass, Theo spent 13 successful years honing his skills as a REALTOR®, Operations Manager, and Transaction Coordinator.
As the former Compass Regional Associate Manager for Agent Experience in San Francisco and Marin, Theo has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to nurturing our support team to help fuel the growth of our agents in the competitive real estate landscape.
