Theresa Brotzman

As a native Austinite, Theresa has extensive knowledge of all areas of town. She primarily focuses her business in Central Austin, Tarrytown, Westlake and Northwest Hills. She discovered her love of real estate years ago, while working with her own investment properties and translated that enjoyment and experience into helping clients.

What sets her apart from other realtors is her background and experience in remodeling and designing homes. When she walks into home, she can see the potential. Having remodeled many homes over the years as well as built from the ground up, she is able to pull from her experience and help clients visualize the full potential of a home. Whether it’s to sell their home for top dollar or buy a home that needs some work, she can walk her clients through the process.

Theresa earned a kinesiology degree from The University of Texas, where she was a member of crew, and then later, the Texas rowing team. She is an avid runner having run multiple marathons, including the Boston Marathon. She recently started playing tennis, a sport she enjoys with her husband. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out on the boat and wake surfing on Lake Austin, exploring all the great parks Austin has to offer with her two young children, trying new restaurants around Austin and traveling.
