About Theresa
In my role as a Sales Manager, my passion is to help real estate agents thrive in their business. With over 25 years of experience in the Houston real estate market, I bring a wealth of knowledge and specialty expertise in both management and residential sales, specifically new construction.
I have earned a number of professional designations that include Certified Residential Specialist, Certified International Property Specialist, and Resort & Second Home Property Specialist. I was named Realtor of the Year for 2010 and 2013 by the Women's Council of Realtors Houston Network and served on their Executive Team as President in 2020. I am a proud 2012 graduate of the Texas Realtor Leadership Program and have also completed the Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement by NAR. I currently serve as the 2025 Chair-Elect for HAR's Executive Board of Directors, 2025 Regional Vice President Texas Realtors Board of Directors and a board member of NAR Board of Directors.
My community involvement includes volunteering at Ronald McDonald House, Bo's Place, and Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, as well as being a lector at Mary Queen Catholic Church in Friendswood.
Outside of real estate, spending quality time with my husband and two sons is my greatest pleasure. I enjoy reading, music and get-togethers with family and friends. A Houstonian since the 70s, I am originally from California; but as the saying goes I got to Texas as fast as I could!
