About Theresa

Theresa Britz Perelli was born and raised in Kenner, LA.  She graduated from Chapelle High School in 1983.  She worked for Fidelity Homestead from 1987 to 1994 and learned all about mortgages and customer interaction as a bank teller.  This was the foundation to develop her Real Estate Career and serve sellers and buyers since 1997.  Theresa likes to give the personal touch and handle each step of the transaction herself.  All clients deal directly with her and she will communicate via calls, text, or email to each person’s preference.  Her love of watching buyers purchase their first home or a bigger home is true joy.  Sellers who are ready to move on to the next chapter and accomplish their dream bring satisfaction.
