Theresa Reilley

Before becoming a master negotiator and Tampa Bay market analytic, Reilley was the owner and designer of a major wedding planning firm in Southern California for more than ten years. She brings strong organizational and negotiation skills, a dedication to customer service, and the ability to provide detailed guidance for her clients' major life events from beginning to end.

Reilley earned a degree from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) in Los Angeles, California, which led to an exciting career designing garments and styling celebrities. However, she says she finds more excitement and meaning in helping people transition into a new city or a new stage of life.

Investors appreciate her sharp finds and budget-savvy approach to renovating properties, along with her keen eye for detail.

Before living in Los Angeles, Reilley spent many years residing in South Florida. Once she started a family in California, she could not wait to return to Florida and share the Florida lifestyle with her two daughters.

She is active in the Parent Teacher Student Association at her children’s school, mentors high school students through the Take Stock in Children program, and volunteers with Clothes to Kids in Tampa.

She enjoys traveling, kayaking, hiking, running, and sewing.
