Therese Hyde

Therese Hyde is a Real Estate specialist in most areas of Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley, serving most specifically the areas of Beverly Hills, Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Encino and Tarzana (or wherever her clients take her or need her to be!). Therese’s knowledge of the area and her love of real estate evolve from her travels, her previous homes in Washington D. C., New York City, Connecticut and most importantly her current residence of 21 years in Studio City. In addition, Therese brings with her personal experience as a real estate investor. Having sold hundreds of homes has given Therese the experience to be a consistent producer and results driven professional whose clients rely on her for complete and thorough guidance along every step of the real estate process. She is an extremely hard worker and pays attention to every small detail. Personal attention is Therese’s number one priority.

Prior to her real estate career, Therese spent many years in the television industry – mostly in the business affairs arena - where she gained integrity, tenacity and professionalism and most importantly, her high level negotiating skills (THE most important aspect when buyer and selling homes).

Therese achieves her success by her continuous knowledge of the current real estate market on a daily basis. To stay current requires daily review of inventory, relevant research in periodicals and newspapers, attendance at all important real estate related seminars, additional courses in real estate and one on one performance coaching. She is also a member of the Women Council of Realtors and is currently receiving a certification to become a probate specialist.
